Balteus had a premium product and premium photography, but their catalog wasn’t translating that quality into organic discoverability. Hundreds of images across belts, wallets, and small leather goods were uploaded with inconsistent filenames, missing ALT text, and uneven metadata. The team relied on manual tagging and one-off fixes, which created a growing backlog and made it difficult to keep collections optimized as new drops went live.
